thirty is a simple breathing app. If you need help, you're in the right place.

How do I use thirty?

Open the app, tap "begin," and follow the circle. Breathe in as it expands, breathe out as it contracts. That's it.

How do I restore my purchase?

If you've previously unlocked thirty and need to restore your purchase (e.g., on a new device), tap "unlock" on the main screen, then tap "restore purchase." Your unlock will be restored through your Apple ID at no additional cost.

What's included in the unlock?

The one-time $4.99 unlock gives you:

• Unlimited sessions
• Longer durations (1 minute, in addition to the free 30-second session)
• Breathing patterns (box, 4-7-8, coherence)
• All ambient sounds (rain, brown noise, singing bowl)
• Haptic feedback
• Hide timer option

There are no subscriptions. You pay once and it's yours forever.

The app isn't working properly

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. If that doesn't help, reach out to us below.
